About measures against COVID-19 infection at this facility

Duet Resort Hana Nasu is a cottage where you can stay with your pet. We are taking measures to prevent infection through thorough hygiene management so that customers can use our facilities with peace of mind.
While taking into consideration disinfection and safety measures, we are careful not to make the atmosphere all over the place.
All guests are required to check in and out with the key number provided in advance. There is no opportunity to contact employees directly, except in an emergency.
As an unsung hero of everyone, all the staff will continue to support a pleasant trip in the future.

Employee safety measures

  • Thoroughly wash your hands and wear a mask.

  • Temperature and health checks will be carried out when arriving and leaving work.

  • If you are feeling unwell, we will ask you to see a medical institution and go home, and we will try to understand the situation.

  • When cleaning the rental villa, we will start work after doing enough ventilation.

  • During cleaning, frequently used doorknobs are washed and disinfected with alcohol.

  • ​​I wear gloves when cleaning.

Request for cooperation from customers

  • Please wear a mask except when eating.

  • At the time of check-in, we ask customers to measure their own temperature.
      (Please refrain from staying if you have a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher.)

  • Please refrain from staying if you have a fever before departure.

  • Alcohol disinfectant is installed in several places in the room. Please help us disinfect your fingers.

  • We ask for your cooperation in ensuring social distancing. ​

  • Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant (disinfection cleaning)
