  • How can I increase or decrease the number of guests or change other reservation details?
    We do not accept cancellations or changes to reservation details from the website. Please contact us directly by phone ( 00-0000-0000) or email ( ). Regarding the accommodation fee after the change Unsettled → We will correct the accommodation fee and contact you by email. Payment completed → We will send you an additional payment information email.
  • Until when can I cancel? When does the cancellation fee start?
    Cancellation is possible up to the day.Please see below for cancellation charges.
  • Please tell me the accommodation fee for pets.
    The pet fee is 3,300 yen per night.
  • Is there a charge for a 2-year-old child?
    It is free, but if you want linen, we will charge an infant fee.
  • Do you have any discounts or special promotions?
    Special tickets are available for all facilities. (The discount will be applied to your next purchase.)Various campaigns are announced each time on the website, OTA site, SNS, etc.
  • Is there a cleaning fee?
    No. The cleaning fee is included in the accommodation fee. There is no separate charge. There is no charge for linen.
  • Can I use a credit card?
    Yes, we do.
  • How do I check out?
    After locking the entrance, please put the key back in the key box and set the dial to all 0. Be careful not to forget anything.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:30.
  • Can you accommodate early check-in and late check-out?
    Sorry, but this is not supported.We also have a great plan that gives you plenty of time. Please use it.
  • Is there an explanation of the facilities at check-in?
    In consideration of infection control and customer privacy, we basically do not provide orientation at check-in.
  • Can you keep food and luggage before check-in?
    We cannot store your luggage until cleaning is complete. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in order to prevent infection.
  • I will arrive late, but is that okay?
    Self check-in and check-out, so late night arrivals and early morning departures are not a problem. (We do not charge extra fees.)Please be considerate as there are adjacent facilities.
  • ・Is it possible to bring pets?
    Yes. The entire Duet Resort is pet friendly. For more information, please read "About Pets".
  • Is there a parking lot? Also, how many cars can be parked?
    Since it differs depending on the building, it is described in the HP guidance email.
  • 楽器の演奏はできますか?

  • 宿泊先の場所がわかりません。

  • Can we have a BBQ even if it rains?
    There is a roof, but it is not possible on windy days. Excludes BBQ House in Spain Sky Star.
  • What is the size of the bed?
    Single size.
  • 温泉はありますか?
    Hana那須(イタリア・スイス・スペイン・バリ)敷地内には共有の人工温泉がございます。 麦飯石を通したお湯はミネラルなどが豊富で、美肌の湯と呼ばれております。 貸切でご利用いただけます。 ※Hana那須アメリカには専用のジャグジーがございます。
  • Is karaoke expensive?
    It's free. Some buildings do not have them.
  • Are there wine glasses, are there wine openers,
    Yes.
  • Do you have a table tennis table?
    Only the Lotus building and the Italy building are available.
  • Is the pool allowed?
    Bringing in is not allowed.
  • Do you have bedding for children?
    It is the same futon and bed as adults.
  • Is there a dog run?
    Acacia and Salvia buildings only.
  • Do you have new karaoke songs?
    Some songs cannot be updated. You may not be able to enter the latest songs.
  • Do you have a garbage bag? how should i go home
    Yes. Please help us separate the trash.
  • Do you have enough bedding for the number of people?
    Yes. There is no more than the maximum number of people per building.
  • I don't know how to open the key box.
    You can take out the key by matching the four-digit PIN number sent in the guidance email and sliding it.
  • Do you have shampoo and hair dryer?
    No.
  • Until what time is karaoke?
    We are open until 21:00. Some buildings do not have them.
  • How many cups and plates are there?
    Varies by building. We recommend that you bring paper plates, paper cups, and disposable chopsticks for the BBQ.
  • Does the jacuzzi have hot water?
    I will.
  • Can we have bonfires and fireworks?
    You can't. Cattleya and Asian Bay can only use the built-in fire pit.
  • Do you provide meals?
    Our catering service offers a wide variety of menus.
  • How do you clean up the charcoal?
    I have a fire extinguisher. Please dispose of it there.
  • Can I order breakfast?
    No.
  • How should I request catering?
    Please enter the menu in the memo field when booking.
  • Is there a supermarket nearby?
    Although it varies from building to building, we recommend stopping by on the way before checking in. Chiba, Tateyama Aeon. Nasu, Daiyu Nasu Kogen store, etc.
  • Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?
    It is possible, but our staff does not receive it. Please use the time designation after the scheduled check-in time. Please make sure that the address of the facility you are using is correct.
